But when he’s not wisecracking about capital punishment, he takes on freelance cases of “moral worth” in his capacity as “the death row detective”. When asked whether he wants to be executed, he replies with a shrug, “I don’t want to be executed, and my wife didn’t want to be murdered”. ![]() He’s imprisoned somewhere deep in the arid American South, where he takes a philosophical stance on his impending death. ![]() The man on the inside is Stanley Tucci’s Jefferson Grieff, a former professor of criminology now on death row for murdering his wife. And this is the territory that Steven Moffatt – ex of the parishes of Doctor Who and Sherlock – is treading with his new four-part BBC thriller, Inside Man. In menswear's new age of maximalism, there's room for some yellow gold and diamonds, while a quieter watch can used to dial things down elsewhere. Like signet rings and necklaces, gold watches run the gamut of personal taste for every diamond baller there's something a bit more muted.īoth options are great. Because, while gold watches have been the arm cannons of The Culture's flashiest men (and probably the only thing in common between Drake and Tony Soprano), they're not just for showing off. ![]() The derision, and the subsequent division, is unfounded.
